Distance Sales Agreement

By completing an order on thumbynah.com, the Buyer accepts all terms stated in this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through thumbynah.com.

3. Products & Pricing

Product details, prices, payment information and shipping costs are clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase. Thumby Nah reserves the right to update prices and product information without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment providers. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from İstanbul, Türkiye. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination country and shipping provider.

The Buyer acknowledges that customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the Buyer. Thumby Nah is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping companies or force majeure situations.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return

  • Products must be unused and unworn
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Labels and tags must remain attached

Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Washed products
  • Customized or limited special production items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer use

8. Refund Process

After the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by Thumby Nah.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, texts and visual materials on thumbynah.com belong to Thumby Nah and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

10. Privacy

Customer information is protected according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in Türkiye unless otherwise required by international consumer protection regulations.

12. Acceptance

By placing an order on thumbynah.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
