Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order — and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

We currently ship worldwide from İstanbul, Türkiye. All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times

  • Türkiye: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on your country and order size. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note: Customs fees, import taxes, or local duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging and labels

We do not accept returns for

  • Washed or damaged products
  • Products damaged by customer use
  • Limited items produced specifically for special drops or collaborations (unless defective)

Return Process

Please include

  • Your order number
  • The product you want to return
  • Reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll make it right.

Important

Thumby Nah products are designed as collectible streetwear pieces. Some products may have limited stock and may not return once sold out.
